"My room overlooked the beach…very nice view! Bathroom was in need of desperate repair and cleaning! No housekeeping was done not one day of our stay. Stove burner was broken and asked for maintenance to repair it but they didn’t come to fix it! Room next door had dogs that barked especially at night when this is not a pet friendly hotel!!! Made several complaints about the barking dogs that was finally taken care of 2 days later! Had to make several trips to the main lobby to obtain fresh towels.. never came to take out trash so I had to remove it myself! Hot tub didn’t work… no jets working! Pool was not great as pool water looked very gray in color most of the days we were there..only one day the pool was clean! Very cheap hotel but not maintained well! The best part was the amazing view of the Gulf!"

"Ill start with the positive. When checking in the young man was friendly, smiling and informative. I had a 10lb dog, the website said pets were okay. He changed the room that was originally assigned. I would assume because of the dog. Understandable. I unloaded and went to the room. Room looked okay. Nothing special to make you want to come back. Kitchen did have anything you would need to make a meal, coffee, etc. Noticed carpet in the bed area. Putting my things away and I got something on my feet. It was sand spurs. I am assuming the room was vaccuumed, sand spurs have to be picked out of the carpet. Carpet, beach town, sand, might want to rethink that. Also noticed the tiled floor had a lot of debris. Kitchen, bathroom and bed seemed clean. Water was nice and hot. Used the reclining chair, then the stool wouldn't go back. Had to push it very hard to get it to stay. There was a sign on the fridge saying if you would like ice just turn on the ice machine. Turned on and left all night, no ice. In the afternoon, went to the front to just ask if they had an ice machine so I could get some ice. The person in charge said the ice machine does work. I explained I did turn it on. She then offered a maintenance person, I declined and said y'all can check it when I leave. The outside area to walk your pet is completely covered in sand spurs. My dog was covered and lifting his paws because they were painful. It was pretty quiet and the bed comfortable. I will not stay again"

"Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!"

"Kitchen was fully stocked, but I was disappointed that the grocery store was closed nearby, which was not accurate in the description. It would have been nice to get more than one roll of toilet paper for the week and not have buy our own.Todd was very nice and easy to communicate with."
