You are literally .25 of a mile from pier park . It is a low rise brown 2 story complex you would almost just drive on by, nestled on the white sandy beaches. If your looking to be in the middle of all the action , and activities , you can walk to pier park from the location- but also stay distance from the large crowds being at a small old school complex. This isn't a high rise, there are no elevators or parking garages or arm bands to purchase ... you park at the door and you go on into the condo – sounds easy ? it is! 1 bed 1 bath condos with sleeper sofas can sleep a nice family easily. Wake up to the sunrise , walk to Starbucks if you like , or catch the sunset with ease just out the slider door. Walk with your wine to dinner at Pier Park , catch some songs at tootsies. The events and possibilities are endless. Full kitchens to accommodate the gormet cook or hit up Dustys Oyster bar , diagonal from the complex. There is a on-site relaxing , never over crowded , simple pool to jump into on the lake side , or feed or fish the lake . Sometimes you may catch a local alligator in that lake , just keep your eyes out . Polynesian – nothing like it around pcb. The access to the beach from the patio is only steps away which is great and the beach is walkable for a long way in either direction. The unit has a nice kitchen with a lot of supplies for cooking a meal there. The living room & dining room combo is spacious with a large TV. The bedroom is good sized. The mattress is a bit soft for our liking. The bathroom is adequate with a tub/shower combination. The tub does have a tendency to drain slowly. We didn't have a good check-in as we did not get a code for entry, in the Access the Keys email feom VRBO were expecting. Therefore arrived in FL after thirteen hour drive to sit on phone for 80 min with VRBO customer trying to get contact with owner, then going to four hotels, trying to find one that took middle of the night arrivals. Post covid, places do not have staff in the lobby. We ended up getting a room and it worked out, then stayed other night at the condo. Just make sure you have what you need ahead of time, I had never had this type of issue. Place was good for stay, value for the money and location is perfect, both to the food and activitities being walking distance from Pier Park but just steps to the beach. ##### Kendra Z. The property could use a deep clean and an overall refresh (the bathroom towels are tired, the couch is extremely dirty, the pillows in the bedroom were super flat and overall the property was not super clean (mold in the bathroom, grimy surfaces and cabinets) but the location is great - steps from the beach! Fortunately we spent a lot of our time outside and didn’t reslly mind the negatives with the property, but just be aware. We did try to contact the host to ask about toilet paper and trash bags, didn’t get a response. Ended up purchasing our own toilet paper. We were in town for a concert, overall we would stay here again due to the proximity of the beach, but it could use some improvements. ##### Heidi G. The furniture was soiled, the floor left our socks black on the bottoms and we found dirty dishes in the cabinet. We actually went and purchased cleaning products to clean the condo before we brought our stuff in. Besides needing a good scrub the condo really needs to be freshened up with new paint, the broken lock on the sliding door fixed and the peeling tile on the wall by the third sink needs to be replaced . The outside patio is nice unless it rains and the interior rug that is out there gets wet and smells like mildew . The one nice thing about this rental is the location is awesome. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the pool located across the road on the back side of the condo is nice as well. The overall area of Panama is nice and offers a lot for teens. ##### Crystal H. Location and view was amazing! Rooms wasn’t very clean. Several things broken. (Screen door, vanity in bathroom, etc). Stove was shocking us. They did come look at it and just said we will see if it’s under warranty. We had already went and spent money on food to cook for the week. So we were out that money plus having to eat out then. Washer didn’t work that’s on the property. Vacuum was full of nasty green water or something. I reached out about all the problems we had after the stove and didn’t get a response.
