"I like the cleaning in the rooms, pool and all areas of the hotel. The excellent staff, thanks to Marisol and Emmanuel(front desk) professionals, were friendly and respectful. Marisol gave us many recommendations about the Vieques and Culebra Islands, restaurants in the areas, and other places in downtown San Juan. Breakfast is acceptable and free. The food and drink options in the pool and bars were good. Didn't like that I had to walk to the beach about 5 min away, but very accessible. The hotel gave me a chair and an umbrella. The beach was beautiful, the sand very thinning, the water temperature warm."

"Earl was the highlight of our stay! The trip started off a bit frustrating but Earl was determined to change my experience. He was extremely empathetic, he was kind! He was so professional & accommodating. He ensured we were taken care of and checked in on us often. We had the most amazing time with our butler Andres who was also amazing and such a fun time! If you’re staying in this resort I highly recommend upgrading to Privilege it’s worth the money! "
