Which was a bit foe me compared to other resorts, lights would be off in DR and you wouldn't even notice. The Food option is very limited. Its a nice welcoming place the staff are great yet these factors made a negative impact to my stay. »

« J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel et c’était la pire expérience dans un resort. Le personnel est nonchalant, peu souriant et souvent en discussion entre eux. Les chambres mal nettoyées, porte de la chambre qui ne ferme pas correctement, minibar non réapprovisionné et sollicitations constantes à l’hôtel et sur la plage pour des excursions ont rendu le séjour épuisant. Clairement pas un 5 étoiles, plutôt 4 au mieux. »

« We were surprised on our arrival at the condition of the hotel . We understood that the original owner sold it and has now purchased it back so it is slowly being repaired. The rooms are dated but very clean . The staff are very accommodating and food was very good ! The lounge chairs have seen better days but the pool is very refreshing. The ocean bay was a delightful to float in for hours on end . The Wifi is very intermittent so hopefully that will get updated also . This hotel also hosts...

"Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour s’est bien passé et nous avons passé un agréable moment. La majorité du personnel était vraiment sympathique et professionnelle, que ce soit les serveurs, les hôtesses ou les bellmen, toujours souriants et serviables. Nous avons toutefois trouvé l’accueil à la réception un peu moins chaleureux, à l’exception de Lisbeth et Yessinda qui ont été particulièrement aimables et efficaces. Les chambres sont belles et globalement propres. Merci à Odalis de l’équipe housekeeping, son professionnalisme et son souci du détail ont été très appréciés. Le point négatif principal reste la tentative insistante d’enrôlement au programme Premium Travel. L’approche nous a semblé assez forcée et ce n’était pas la meilleure expérience de vente. Une approche plus légère et moins insistante serait préférable pour les clients qui souhaitent simplement profiter de leur séjour en toute tranquillité."
