"Right now I am NOT HAPPY! 1 I stayed there Monday 2/2/26 to 2/3/26\. The room according to my receipt from hotels.com should have been $302.98\. I paid $150 of that in cash. Now on 2/5/26, I see a charge pending on my card for $337.02\. I know there was a security deposit, that should have been refunded back to my card the day I checked out. IT HAS NOT BEEN! Now I am having to take time out of my life to write this and will have to call the hotel tomorrow. Because I have just finished another 12 hour work day! AND your app is NOT letting me see everything I am typing. So I have to type this in a text to myself, copy and paste it into the app. I am completely annoyed at all of this! "
