"Stayed for two nights as a solo traveler with business in Schaumburg. Upon checking in one desk attendant was checking someone in, the other 2 were in conversation. It took a number of minutes for them to wrap it up and for someone to start checking me in. Check-in went well, the locations and hours of amenities were explained, and I was told there was a strict quiet policy starting at 11, which is very nice. Room was clean. Restroom could have used some updating but was clean apart from some hair left in the shower. I think my biggest peeve was that the bed was made with the tags on the flat sheet and the comforter facing the head of the bed. So upon getting in the bed they would be hitting me in the chin. I had to unmake and remake the bed."
