Newly renovated 125-year-old building with timber ceilings, exposed brick walls and beautifully restored hardwood floors. Tastefully decorated and features a king-size Beautyrest mattress, luxury bed linen, private bathroom, kitchenette with under counter refrigerator, Kuerig coffee maker and lightning fast Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows on the 60” LED smart TV. 124 LOFTS offers 4 separate luxury lofts. Loft 2 is our most spacious. The Space: The building was built in 1893 and over the years has housed a department store, men’s clothing store and photography studio. In 2018 the property was completely rehabbed and now offers a charming coffee and donut shop on the first floor and boutique hotel on the second floor. Free parking is offered in nearby municipal parking lots. 124 LOFTS offers the freedom and convenience of self-check-in with key-less entry. Please note that due to the age and historic nature of the property there is no elevator and access requires walking up a flight of stairs. 124 LOFTS is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers Guest Access: Entrance is on Main Street. Our remote lock system allows the convenience of a contactless check-in and check-out. The Neighborhood: 124 LOFTS is centrally located in historic downtown Dundee. The entire downtown district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You’re just steps away from plenty of dining options and nightlife. Stop next door to Emmett’s Brewing Co. and enjoy a bite to eat and one of their award-winning brews or catch a live show a few doors down at the RocHaus. We are also just a 2 minute drive from "The BRIX on the Fox" wedding reception venue. The host is also extremely responsive and kind. The price is incredible. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it is on a busy road, where some noise continues through the evening. We had a wedding and decided to make a night of it. The listing was wonderfall and matched the pictures and description. Further we were able to step outside of the unit and have multiple options for a quick appetizer. When we returned around midnight we were able to change quickly and take a 5 minute walk to the West Dundee entertainment district which had multiple bar options.
