There was exposed wires on light switch and on the hair dryer. Rusty iron board, door didn’t unlock and open on first attempt, light in bathroom was so close to shower curtain you would hit it, and the light shade was loose. Air conditioner also had broken plastic components.

There was no place to hang your clothes in neither room. Coffee pot in room you had to steep the coffee like you would tea. I killed a bug in my room. Mattress was like the kind you pull out of a sofa. Pillows tiny but comfortable. No ice machine that worked on ground floor

The alarm over the sink had an exposed wire. The door to the room could not be closed unless a person jerked on the handle. Other rooms had damaged doors; we heard the slamming throughout the evening. The floor around the sink and toilet needed to be sanitized. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were happy to see that the room did not have carpet.

I liked the convenience relative to where my business meeting was. I did not like: the bathtub drain was slow, the AC wall unit was barely providing any heat and the controls did not work, the front door lock was difficult to operate, the curtains barely blocked out the morning sun.

Check-in was a royal PITA. Had reservations for 3 adults, 3 king size rooms. Got there and the Indian man said they only had 2 room reservations, and couldn't locate the third. Also, was trying to put us in twin rooms. I showed him my email confirming my third room and in fact i paid for King rooms. Had ME call Travelocity to try and unscrew someone elses mess. All three of us had to walk back to the front desk after none of our room keys worked. Not sure if that was by design, as he knew I was clearly perturbed with the whole check in debacle. Upon arriving in my room, there was someone else coffee stain dried on my table, the wall was gouged and needed painting and the tub/ shower pop up and drain were falling apart. Be happy to share photos. Another in my party said their feet were sticking to the floor in their room. They clearly dont seem to care about the quality of their hotel or that of their guests. The only upside was the bed was comfortable and I didnt see any bedbugs. None of us would ever stay there again, under any circumstances.

Very limited parking. Lots of trash in parking lot. There was construction going on. People not staying there were hanging outside. There was no room number so we had to go by other rooms to determine ours. Overall for a quick few hours of sleep its ok if you want to pay outrageous prices to stay in Georgetown

Not at all like website very outdated ac leaked water I kept having to get up tv had some kind of spots in the screen you could barely see it and the parking lot was full of empty beer cans. One of our toilets didn’t work and the sofa/bed in the main Room looked about 30 years old no buttons on the phone no light cover switches.

Hotel was obviously just renovated. Room was similar to an apartment and did not give a hotel feel. They were low on towels so we couldn’t get extra towels and when asked for extra pillows they could only provide one. Amenities for bathroom were very small and the bathroom vanity and tub didn’t drain when used. If we were paying $80 for the stay I wouldn’t complain but to charge close to $200 a night for this hotel doesn’t make sense. Front desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a coffee, and waffles. We wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the last resort.

Horrible place.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! There was mold in the bathroom ceiling over the shower and soap dish not cleaned. The beds made a boom noise every time you move. The outside had trash and there was a small snake crawling in breezeway. I brought this to the attention of front desk. When I checked out they would NOT give me copy of my bill. NEVER AGAIN!

Great customer service. Room a little dated, however very clean. I did a bed bug inspection prior to bringing in bags, etc. Happy to say no signs! Thank you for a great stay!

The rooms were clean and cool my priorities. The pool was open so we were able to enjoy it ! The staff were amazing to us, friendly and so kind! The breakfast OMG!!! We were fed like family! We will only book here when we come through this area!!!!
