I didn’t like we had 3 kids and got a room with a shower and not a tub, but they eventually moved us 3 days after our stay. Also watch your stuff at the pool cause it will get stolen if you’re not watching it. Our kids brand new crocs were stolen. Location was great tho!!!

The room was clean and had an ocean view. Enjoyed the stay and all the amenities that Caravelle had to offer. The Caravelle was also close to other attractions, and I didn't have to drive far to get to them. I would stay again.

The beach view was ok, really not the best. The room was clean but the air conditioning unit was very loud and made it difficult to stay sleep. The entrance to the actual hotel was very unsafe looking.

For this to be a resort the building we were placed in was away from all the entertainment with no real way to know the events that were going on. I love the fact that it was on the beach and the pool was in the building. It is not far from shopping area if your driving. I would definitely come back to Myrtle Beach but at a different resort next time. The staff was great despite us not being satisfied with the facilities.

Room was very nice but lacked room amenities like large bath towels, soaps, shampoo's, water cups, etc... Batteries were dead in TV remote. I hurt and injured my leg on steel bar sticking out from under side of bed. Other than that, room was very nice with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Nice balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view. Restaurant and food not so good there, but lots of great eating places nearby.

This is the only property we stay at when visiting myrtle beach.clean rooms great restraunt and bar. Rooms are always clean pools lazy river really good buffalo chicken pizza at the pool cafe laundry facilitys and right on the beach ,away from the crazy downtown scene. We love it so much we are considering buying a condo here.

The hotel has 5 buildings and you bever know where you will be placed. i booked a room and my friend booked one after me. we were in different buildings across the road. I had an ocean view room. yes, i could sea the ocean from the balcony - they placed all the balconies in a diagonal way. So everybody can see it. Just do not imagine a huge window as it is in their main building photo... they have 2 more buildings which are across the road on the second line. Do not forget to pack your shampoo. Soap and shampoo are not provided. I loved the stay. Breakfast is not included.

We had to gather up our towels and take them across the road to the main office and then had to wait several hours before we were able to get clean ones. FREE breakfast was mentioned in the online site, however it was just apparently relating to the fact that there's a restaurant downstairs; which by the way was extremely expensive. Our stay was 4 days and is meant for relaxation, no worries about laundry etc. but this was very exhausting to say the least having to go back and forth across the road everyday. Seeing people having to walk around with bags of dirty towels and linens was nonsense and still paying the price you'd pay for full service and free breakfast. This will be our one & only visit at Caravelle Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC

We stayed in an economy room with kitchenette. All of the dishes and pots and pans were provided and were nice and clean. When we checked in we were supposed to have a 1st floor room, but the clerk noted that we would have a better ocean view from the second floor and there was a room available so he moved us. We ended up having to extend our stay, and they were wonderful about providing additional towels and toilet tissue. The beach view was somewhat obstructed from palm trees, but it was still nice, and the walk down to the beach was very easy from the pool area. The pool, river and hot tub were very nice. We used the laundry and it was OK. There is a gift shop on the property that was nice, and the restaurant on the property was very good. I would definitely stay there again!
