"I went looking for peace and I found it in Berkeley Springs WV. Tony was a VERY attentive host and every message ( big and small) was gifted a swift response. The check in was simple, the cabin is literally as pictured. We did have a small hiccup 2 days shy of checking out.. the fridge stopped worked after a small storm. Again, Tony was on top of this issue but I honestly didn’t want to wait for a tech to come ( especially since the technician offered no ETA) on our last 2 days of vacation. I reached out to Tony and a compromise was formed. He wanted to refund me more than I felt far so I threw out a number I felt comfortable with receiving but he still reimbursed me 30 over the agreement!I cannot express how grateful I was for this host, the cabin, his professionalism and if I had to make a few adjustments it would be to the WIFI service and to the smallest bedroom needing more than a fan for air conditioning. Other than that.. it was exactly what I’d hoped for. I wish Blue Maple Cabins continued success in the future…. "
