"We were absolutely blown away by this aparthotel! 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had so much space and could really relax in a home away from home setting. Beds were comfortable, loved the rainfall showers! Fantastic rooftop area and great place to watch sunset. Location only 5-6 min drive from downtown area. Lots of choices of walkable restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive. Would highly recommend!"

"Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying."

"This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street...

"Nice apartment, clean and very new, only big problem was that at the moment they are building another block of apartments across the street. We were woken up at 5am daily with construcion workers and cranes banging about, after the weekend there was welders who work the night shift, banging around all night. Needless to day we didnt get much sleep. I realize this is unavoidable but I would recommend not renting till the building is finished, 2022 maybe. "

"The place was nice and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to many places to eat and coffee and the convention center. The only downside was the construction happening at the property next door-it was loud and the noise was heard all day long until the evening time."

"Very nice to have so much space! Huge bonus for everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. Investing in some memory foam mattress toppers would do wonders for the lack of comfort in extra firm beds. We loved the location and all the restaurants and coffee shops we could walk to. "The only hiccup that occurred was there was no parking pass left in the apartment for us. After texting them we were able to get one from another room. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good - recommend taking pot holders and baking pan if you want to use the oven."
