The property features nearly 360-degree views of the Morris Island Lighthouse, Cooper River Bridge, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Folly River. The private 400-foot dock is perfect for fishing, crabbing, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying the sunset. A top-of-the-line HotSpring hot tub, two outdoor showers with hot and cold water, and multiple seating areas on wraparound decks make the outdoor experience unforgettable.
Inside, the second floor is the heart of the home. The open-layout kitchen boasts a stunning 14-foot island, Italian appliances, on-demand filtered water, and a farmhouse sink. The living space flows seamlessly into the 450-square-foot screened porch, where you can lounge on high-end furniture or enjoy a meal with incredible river and ocean views.
The second floor also includes a generous primary king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, featuring his-and-her sinks and a walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms and a second full bathroom are located off the hallway.
The ground floor offers additional living quarters, including a King Bedroom Mother-In-Law Suite with a full bath, a living room with a TV, and a kitchenette. Please note that the downstairs kitchenette includes essentials but not a full suite of cookware.
Technology in the home includes high-speed Xfinity WiFi (1,000 Mbps download/25 Mbps upload), Apple TVs for streaming, and a SONOS speaker system with three zones, including outdoor spaces.
The beautifully landscaped yard is ideal for families and features barefoot-friendly grass, low-voltage lighting, and LED lights along the dock. Under the house, there’s plenty of storage space for rented golf carts and beach gear.
The creek on the property is tidal and offers excellent fishing and crabbing at higher tides. While staying here, you’ll also enjoy a prime location just three houses from a public beach access point and only 10 miles (about a 20-minute drive) from historic Downtown Charleston.
This is not your average Folly Beach rental. Our home has been thoughtfully remodeled and carefully furnished because it’s our primary residence when we’re in town. We are seasoned mom-and-pop short term rental hosts who take pride in offering an exceptional experience. Please note this property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings; we ask that you treat our home with care and respect.
For your security, the property has three outdoor cameras monitoring the front, side, and backyard.
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. No events and no pets are allowed.

Please review the reservation terms and cancellation policies carefully, as we do not provide refunds for hurricanes (unless mandatory evacuation), travel delays, or other emergency circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through VRBO or a trusted third-party provider to protect your trip.
You’ll have exclusive access to the property, with the exception of our storage barn/art workshop in the backyard, which remains locked during your stay.
We do not provide beach towels or beach gear, so please bring your own. Our housekeeping team keeps the home in pristine condition but cannot supply items for the beach.
Due to liability and insurance reasons, we do not have a grill on the property.
Public beach access is conveniently located just three houses to the north or five houses to the south.
Golf carts are a great way to explore Folly Beach and can be rented from several local companies.
