"We enjoyed this property so much! It had everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable! The property owner is delightful and always responded in a timely manner, was helpful in recommendations and had such willingness to meet our specific needs. The cabin was homey, clean, had a cute aesthetic and was exactly what we needed and wanted during our stay! The pool and the porch swings were an added bonus. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back!"

"The host was fantastic and very responsive to all of our requests, and check-in was seamless. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the house was spotless. The sunrise and sunset views were absolutely breathtaking. Although it was a bit cool in January, we still enjoyed daily walks along the beach. We were lucky enough to see dolphins every morning, some swimming remarkably close to the shoreline. Overall, it was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of heavily commercialized living."

"Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house manager or what3ver he was called showed up at the house uninvited and when he came up on the porch my wife was actually getting undressed. He didn't say sorry or anything. Just said let us know if you need anything. If I need something I would call. I dont need or want anyone showing up uninvited. The on the 3rd day we found several cockroaches in the kitchen. Which I have pics of. He ask if we wanted a exterminator to come over. I said no I don't want chemicals sprayed in the house while we're here. We liked the view and house location. But we'll never rent from coastal again."

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome week, perfect weather and location. The house itself was great, windows were foggy on main floor but otherwise the house was more than decent all round. I don’t think the cleaners do a great job though. The master bath had hair in it, one bedroom had what appeared to be vomit on the bed skirt. The kitchen was disorganized and visibly grubby, but appliances all functional. There were some basic things that would make a better impression for example The main kitchen trash bin was cracked and about to fall apart, and the couch frame was actually cracked and dipping in the middle. We really still had a wonderful time, I just would encourage the owners to consider new cleaning staff and perhaps updating the living room furniture. Thank you for hosting us!"

"Veronica, was amazing! The house is fully stocked with any kind of appliance that you can think of! Plenty of towels for the 13 of us which was amazing as well! Such a gorgeous house with the best view of the morning sunrises on the beach and the evening sunsets on the beach! We were truly blessed to find this gem and equally blessed that it was available! Some of our ‘party’ arrived several hours before check-in. Veronica was so kind when they called and ask her for early entrance, and she did not charge me for an extra day! She was very understanding, and said not to worry about it and to enjoy my trip! If you have a chance, I would rent any property through this host. She is awesome and such a pleasure to deal with! "
