« Our dog enjoyed being in a one-storey house for a change (instead of climbing stairs all the time). Location was excellent, communication with Karen was top-notch. The place was surprisingly spacious (we didn't find the utility-room until the last day) and the maltesers and wine were a nice touch. We had to put a few coasters etc out of harm's way (in case they got chewed); hopefully Karen has been able of find them all if we forgot to put some back. »

« Loved this property with its unmatched far reaching views across the Tay. An unusual layout but really worked for our visit. Very quiet with lovely gardens and views. We really appreciated the groceries left for us by the hosts and the cottage was thoughtfully stocked with numerous things that made our stay that much easier. Ideally located for exploring the area being mid way between St Andrews and Dundee. »

« In need of a full refresh. The stair carpet was dirty and there were damp patches on some of the ceilings. Living area was cramped and not really comfortable for six adults. The kitchen was well equipped but again when using the dining area it was cramped. On the plus side we had great weather and the venue was central »

« This is just what we needed - a quiet spot to unwind, surrounded by fields, birds chirping, and where you could hear yourself. We loved the spatious living room and kitchen. Kitchen came with washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, cleaning cloths and dishtowels. Great base to explore nearby towns. »
