"We had such a great stay at Ca n’Alexandre in Mallorca. The location was perfect, everything was close by, so we ended up walking everywhere. "I was assaulted in this hostel and the staff don’t do anything my food was stolen a number of times my clothes was taken by a guest to wear when I washed them. Lots of drugs taken in terrace staff can get you hash if you need. People fight with knife’s it’s a good hostel but the people are not so good i was asked to leave after I was assaulted however I was very happy to leave and will never ever go back or recommend this hostel "

"The service was exceptional from checking in to the concierge service. The staff was kind and attentive. Our room upgrade was nice, view wasn't the best, the room was nice and clean. The restaurant, bar, and coffee shop had good options. Overall we had a great experience. Location was perfect, we walked out and saw the London Eye and Westminster Bridge."
