"We stay there for our son graduation at parris island the drive is not bad the place was clean staff was very friendly. As a suggestion since many of us stay there for Marine corps graduation and it will be nice to change the breakfast schedule from 5 to 9am on Thursdays family day."

"Just keep driving, do not stop at this Red Roof, it was horrible. Carpet in hallway was disgusting, and exterior doors to building didn't even close, so there is NO SECURITY when it's night and you're in your room. The building is totally accessible to anyone. Not a safe area either, I did not feel at ease all night. The bed linens clean, but towels were dingy, not white, no soap in shower dispenser, filth and dust on sink soap dispenser, lamp fixture in room rusted, bathroom door was missing parts of it and many items rusted. It was awful!!!"

"They cancelled the reservation and would not tell me why. I wrote to the Hotel asking why they cancelled and they directed me to call them. When I DID call the number they gave me, to ask why they cancelled, a man demeaned and belittled my concern and told me to take it up with the third party company I booked with to tell me why the HOTEL itself cancelled my reservation. After explaining the hotel directed me to call that number specifically he interrupted me multiple times telling me he couldn’t help me. The service was TERRIBLE, they were RUDE and didn’t give any explanation to why they cut my travel plans so close to my travel date. I had to scramble to set something else up. I would NOT book with them."

"Overall the house looks very nice & renovated. However, when we entered the home we realized the stairs are EXTREMELY steep with no railing. This would have been nice to know with small children and grandparents traveling with us. On the screened porch, there was broken glass from what appeared to be a previously shattered patio door and TONS of loose screws on the deck that my TWO year old kept bringing to me before I realized where they were coming from. There was no outside trash can for a one week stay & we were told we were expected to take it to the nearest convenience center, which was close to 20 minutes away. This should not have been our responsibility as we are on vacation. We kept smelling something on the screened porch and realized the grease bucket underneath the grill had maggots. My husband vomited trying to dump it. Also wanted to note we noticed when we were outside the camera out front was turning and following us."
