"Debbie, the staff at check-in, was fantastic and took extra time to help connect me to my Choice options and made me feel so welcome. To be honest, a number of electrical plugs in the room did not work, but because Debbie was so warm and friendly, it did not negatively impact my overall rating of my stay. Kindness matters. Also the pool and hot tub were very nice!"

"The room was VERY clean and nicely updated. The entire place was quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable. We had the regular king size bed room, and it included a sofa and small ottoman, so it was nice to have a place to sit and watch TV- not having to be on the bed. The coffeemaker has disposable drip trays, which seemed a lot more hygenic. We didn't venture into the pool or exercise room, but peeked in them and seemed nice. From family, we were told the entire place had just underwent renovation- from what we saw, it looks completed and they did a really nice job."
