« The best part of this house is it's location! This beach is so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. You don't hear anything other than the lapping of the waves. We walked the beach in the mornings and some mornings there was not a sole on the beach. There is a reef that runs right along the shoreline. « This place was perfect for the two of us. The house is spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning. Hands down the best part. Access to the beach is so easy. The plants and trees on the property were amazing and made it feel that much more private. There was a questionable issue with the AC day of arrival. « We had a great stay at this property! This was our second stay on manasota key, but the first at this rental. Everything was clean and as described. The beach access is a VERY reasonable walk, about 5 minutes from the door to the water. We would absolutely stay here again! We stayed with pets as well and everyone was very comfortable! »

« The house is very nice. It was great having a pool to lounge in whenever we wanted. It was easy to get to restaurants and beaches, as well as being close to Venice downtown. It’s on a very busy road, but the owner put in a small extension to the driveway so that we could turn around and not have to back out to the street. The church next door wasn’t a problem other than their bright parking lot lights which they left on very late! We had an enjoyable stay. »

« This was a beautiful property - I would consider renting again. Our group of 11 was very comfortable in this space. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the dock area. The sunsets were beautiful. The owners were very responsive. There was an issue with the pool when we arrived, but when I called to report it the owners had someone out to correct it within 1/2 hour. I would recommend this place to people with large groups. »

« A last minute change of plans had us looking for a place near Manasota Beach and this place was perfect! Exactly as shown in the pics (and even better in person actually). Bikes were in nice shape and the pool was lovely. We spent more time by the pool than on the beach 😊. The location was nice and peaceful for walking yet close enough to drive to beaches, stores, etc. Would definitely come back to enjoy this place again! Thanks for having us! »
