We played pickleball, kayaked on the river, enjoyed all of our meals outside under the big oak trees and marveled at the stars by the firepit at night. I only have a few suggestions: the outside table and bar were dirty. The bar table had a huge pile of rocks on it and was covered in leaves and dust and there were no fire pit tools. But these were just minor things and did not cause us to lose any relaxing time. Relatively secluded. Access is via a rough gravel road, so be prepared to bring a 4WD vehicle and to be bounced around. Interior was clean and comfortable. Deck was stunning, but some of the outdoor chairs (stools) are showing a lot of weather damage/cracking, so we avoided sitting on a couple of them. The water supply consists of tanks filled by a water truck, so water conservation is required. Outdoor seating areas on front porch and off the master bedroom were just lovely for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon.
