L'hôtel est bien situé géographique dans la ville d'Edmonton. La chambre est très propre. Petites critiques, notre toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien et les murs sont très fins, donc nous entendons tout ce qui se passe autour. L'hôtel répond très rapidement au dérangement ce qui a remis le calme.

Hôtel propre, abbordable et bien situé en plein centre-ville. Personnel à la reception très courtois et toujours prêt à aider. La seule chose à améliorer serait d'éventuellement ajouter des coffrets de sécurité dans les chambres. En revanche, l'hotel offre la possibilité de laisser ses effets personnels dans un coffret à la réception ce qui est déjà très bien.

Overall very clean hotel - you can definitely tell the age but they keep it in good shape. Plenty of parking, though keep in mind it's $10 extra per night. Nice location but fairly desolated on weekends/evening because of the unnecessary surplus of parking in the downtown core. I was very happy with the stay and I would suggest to those wanting to be in a central part of Edmonton with plenty of public transportation options.

We had a 4 night stay and found the hotel to be in a great location. Very clean rooms, lots of toiletries and towels. Beds were extremely comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are very clean. It is an older place but well kept. We could hear the rooms beside us and if people are talking in the hallways. Great price for being downtown Edmonton.

It started with the parking. One, there are no directions as to requirements to park. Next when I am held by the traffic arm an older female desk clerk comes out and rudely states that I have to register before pulling in. There are zero signs to inform clients. She hands me a card for my vehicle and I go park. As I am returning to the desk I watch the same clerk let another vehicle park in the lane and she walks with him inside, registers him and walks back with him. There were no restrictions witnessed to his mobility. I register go to my room and it is so hot. I follow all the instructions to no avail. Later I speak to staff at the desk. I was informed that the boiler was just shut off and there was no way they could do to help the situation. I was out of luck. So sleep was attempted in a HOT room. I will never go there again.

the checkin was lovely and front staff were very nice. Unfortunately the hotel was a long way away from our venue so quite inconvenient. The hotel was very clean and beds very clean and that was good. There was a couple yelling and having a fight in the hallway that woke us all (we had registered as 4 rooms). It was very loud and disputing with banging and yelling at 3 am! Also, the area being downtown was a bit sketchy and not the type of place we would normally stay. We did lose a night's money as we left (was prepaid) and moved to the Hilton.
