Welcoming, clean and spacious. Staff were great. Restaurant food was yummy - we ate in the bar and in our room. Linens were crisp and fresh - slept great. We were on the top floor of the annex and our view was the Blatchford hangars (cool!), and the Blatchford subdivision construction site which was a dreary, dirty mess. We also had full view of the dumpster area and the many people loitering, drinking, bumming smokes, or diving. This is right outside the entry of the annex,and you have to pass it on the way to the restaurant or main activity rooms, and it did make me feel unsafe.

Fridge in the room needed some maintenance. Was very loud while running. Otherwise good place to stay for early morning surgery at the hospital down the road.

The hotel staff put us into the adjacent building that smelled of pot and the hallway and building were dirty and it was pretty sketchy with people walking and running around and being terribly loud all night
