« At first my wife was worried about the location/surroundings but after settling in, we found the home to be very comfortable. All newly remodeled property which was close to everything. A lot of the homes in the area are being bought up and remodeled. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. As my daughter would say “I loved the vide, very chill” . We felt safe and slept well. What everyone wants to know is “how’s the beds”. For me and my husband the Queen bed was perfect. « We were going to a convention while in San Antonio. The little cottage was just wonderful! Very clean, very inviting! The manager was there when we arrived and offered to drive us to our meeting the first day. Also, any questions we asked were answered very quickly. The neighborhood is being refurbished and not bad. « Our stay reminded us of a hostel without a reception desk. We stayed in room#3, upstairs, with a private bath. We didn't get instructions on how to access the property until 3:40pm for a 4pm check in time. Just be aware you will not get communications from the host until it's almost time to check in. « This house was so cute and homey. Just couple of blocks from the Riverwalk, this house was the perfect retreat. Its ideal location makes it an ideal vacation retreat as we were able to easily return midday to rest and eat before returning to enjoy the nightlife. Highly recommend. »

« The host was really nice and let us have early check in to drop our bags off which we truly appreciated. However the door wouldn’t lock at times or it would be super difficult to get into, which was scary especially since the house is in a bad neighborhood. Beds were really comfy and the ac felt great since it was so hot. I just worried about the doors not locking properly overnight with me and my daughter. »

« Loved the cottage! It was in the heart of a calm and quiet town with lots of restaurants and bars. We loved the outdoor area, where we used the grilling area twice. The host was available to answer any questions promptly and gave us amazing tips on where to visit. Would love to stay there again. »

After a long day of work I enjoy cooking for myself (especially) when traveling alone and not all that interested in eating on my own at a restaurant or spending more money. « We were visiting family in the San Antonio-area. This house completely met our needs for a very comfortable stay and the property mangers shared information timely and were very responsive to questions! Would stay here again! »

« The house was much bigger than and prettier than the pictures. Location is very close to the river walk and gettung a uber was verh convenient cost was between 10 to 15 depending on the times. We didd have issues with the water not getting hot after our first night byt communication with the property mangers was very easy. We will definitely rent this property again when we come back to San Antonio. »
