« Our room was very beautiful with a lovely view. The service was excellent. We had a great dinner at Charlie’s the first night and our server, Euan, was really great. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated. My husband forgot some important papers on the desk in our room, today, after checking out, and we are having problems connecting with the staff there. Nobody is answering the phone or returning our calls. »

« Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. »
