"We went there with my husband and toddler. Location is only a few minutes away to sites in London like the Children's Museum, Covent Market and Eldon House. Plenty of parking. The building seems newly renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the layout of our room, including a kitchenette overlooking the seating area and bed was efficient and spacious. However, our sink had difficulty draining so it was a bit annoying and gross to look at. I didn't like the designs of the washroom where the sink is an open area. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch with some hot food as well as continental options. Very good seating at the foyer to enjoy your meal with family."

"Everything was good at this hotel, except for the smell. When I first stepped into the room, there was a very strong perfume scent, although it didn’t last long. I think maybe I just got used to it after staying for a while, or the ventilation fan helped remove the smell. Also, the fan in the air conditioning system was a bit loud."
