"When we first arrived they put us in a horrible townhome, live big roaches, place smelled like smoke , no ac , it was awful!! But I later complained about the place and they moved us to the remodel townhome which was entirely better!! They definitely made us happy campers with no problems! I don’t understand why they don’t put everyone in the remodeled section in the first place but I’m just glad they made it right. My kids enjoyed everything, so I was happy. I’d definitely come back . There’s so much to do with your kids here. Also, the pools and waterparks stay open late for you to enjoy ."
