"Es la cuarta vez que nos alquilamos en la propiedad y siempre hemos quedado muy satisfechos con el servicio en general, l Las habitaciones están muy cómodas, limpias y muy bien acondicionadas, el desayuno variado y bien elaborado, la piscina super espectacular todo el personal atento y preocupado por cada detalle, en fin siempre que vamos a orlando no pensamos en otro hotel que no sea este para nuestra estadía"

"Room was big, overlooking pool. Nice view. However staff appeared helpful but didn’t follow up on anything. Nothing was ever done that was expected of them. They didn’t tell us when our room was ready. Then told us they couldn’t ring an English mobile number ! They didn’t email as we were told either. Plus we were online the bar. We had a broken flush on the toilet and a broken lamp. They never bothered to sort either. Then we got a note saying as some rewards system we could pick a reward. We picked a Cabana for our last day. But when we went downstairs we were told we can’t have it as they need to book an apt to talk about the rewards system first. Hard sell tactics. "

"Clean and great location. Starbucks in the lobby is a a nice touch! Would definitely recommend."

"They only do housekeeping during the stay by request. The towel situation is ridiculous. They put two towel sets in the room. You have to walk those to the office before getting more. We had 4 people in a room and could only have half the towels we needed. The facility was clean. The office staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent."
