"Hotel is just ok. You can tell it is very old and they’ve tried to do a makeover. The walls are very thin - you can hear everyone in the hallway and the conversation next door. The shower water was going back and forth between hot and cold the entire time. And the toilet handle was broken, it would get stuck in the down position and continuously run. "

"Rooms were fine if not a little old. We had an interior room that in March with it cool outside was impossible to cool off. Halls and stairs were much cooler and yet with our AC on high, we were still too hot. Asked twice for someone to come fix it and never got a response or repair. Just OK and then never any action."

"Everything was really nice. The beds were very comfy, the staff at the counter along with the manager, Brandon, was so helpful. He gave us two free vouchers for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here visiting novi."

"Had bed bugs. Left the property as soon as they were found, now they’re not cooperating with refunding my money. Absolutely ridiculous, would stay ANYWHERE else. Personally will bring my tent next time as it is much nicer"

"Booked last minute due to needing a longer stay and the other hotel couldn’t accommodate. So glad we did! Fantastic hotel. Clean, warm, inviting and all the staff were excellent. The hotel restaurant hands down has some of the best food I’ve eaten in a long time. Highly recommend. "
