« We’ve had amazing time here. The staff have been amazing throughout, kind and patient. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with Bramley products. The food is delicious. They have a number of green spaces to walk through that, with good weather, provides a lovely alternative to the indoor spaces. The area is very quiet which adds to the relaxing environment. We visited during term time, so it may be different in the school holidays. We hope to visit again soon. »

« le cadre est très agréable, mais le personnel est totalement incompétent : - pour le diner, une heure entre la prise de la commande et les plats servis à table (et il n'y avait que deux tables à servir , dont la nôtre !!!!) - même scénario pour le petit déjeuner, mais le temps est plus réduit : 25 minutes . Le prix pour ce déjeuner (12 livres) est excéssif par rapport à ce qui est proposé Lors de la réservation, le coût journalier pour un chien n'est pas détaillé : or il nous a été demandé 20...

« Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel. Notre vol atterrissant à Heathrow vendredi dernier, l’aéroport était fermé toute la journée donc pas possible pour nous de voyager. Nous avons demandé à l’hôtel de comprendre notre désarroi et de faire un geste, nous proposer par exemple de régler une nuit sur les 2\. Nous avons eu une fin de non recevoir, très décevant. Pour information, notre loueur de voiture, Rent a car, au vu de cette circonstance exceptionnelle nous a remboursé...

« Très beau manoir géorgien dans la campagne anglaise. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. Il faut quand même savoir qu'il y a des marches un peu partout. Et aussi, le plancher n'est pas toujours droit et il grince... Mais à mes yeux, cela fait tout le charme de l'hôtel. Il y a également un petit restaurant, choix limité mais plat assez bon (sauf la pizza pepperonni). Il faut aussi savoir qu'il y a un train qui passe à proximité er qui régulièrement klaxonne... Personnellement, cela ne m'a...
