"Unterkunft war überbucht und der Vermieter hat sich auch nicht entschuldigt. Mussten dann abends noch eine Ersatzunterkunft suchen. Haben wir aber nicht bei Expedia gebucht. Die Abwicklung der Stornierung hat auch sehr lange gedauert."

"This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. "Great house on top of a hill nearby the city centre of Rumilly. Everything was clean and the house is very wel equipped. The owner is very kind and asked several times if everything was ok. The lakes and mountains nearby are wonderful. Absolutely recommended!"
