"This hotel has great potential with a very good staff, a beautiful old building, an outstanding collection of contemporary art and large comfortable common space. It is badly in need of updating and greater attention to details. "Desk was not aware of our reservation through Expedia. He spoke no English. He asked if I had "cancelado" the rooms reserved. I said I did not, thinking he meant I cancelled the reservation for the rooms. He called his manager about our Expedia reservation.
