« It was PERFECT »

« The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue. »

« Tolles Wetter und jede Menge Tulpen im Keukenhof. Super zentrale Lage und sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super nette Begrüßung und alles ohne Probleme. »

« The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY! »

« Really nice place. »

« The location was lovely but a far from Amsterdam with a taxi taking 20 mins. The rooms are very big and spacious. »

« Lovely stay. We would’ve loved it even more if it wasn’t storming the days we stayed. We will return! »
