"The check-in was fast and smooth. No hip cups on the process and staffs were patient in explaining the procedures. The room is very spacious and facing the pool view, staff was very kind to help to upgrade the room for us due to my friend’s birthday trip. The conceige staff Amy was very helpful in explaining the routes and advised us to take the express bus to hk instead of taking the ferry. Highly recommended to stay. The housekeeper was very detailed by cleaning our luggage’s wheel and tidy up the place very well. Ample of space for yoga too"

"We had an amazing time at the Venetian, mainly due to the kindness of staff, including Chelsea, Tracy and Valentina. We were travelling with a disabled family member, and they went above and beyond to make sure she was accommodated. The room was incredibly luxurious, and the location made it easy to walk to multiple attractions on the Cotai strip. Staff were incredibly helpful; even giving access to the VIP lounge while we were waiting for transport to the airport after we checked out so the disabled family member was comfortable waiting. Highly recommended!"

"Location is great and convenient to get to other hotels such as Parisian, Venetian, Galaxy, etc. Walking distance to Rua Do Cunha to visit different cafe and snacks. Hotel lobby is very nice. Staffs are polite. The free shuttle bus at HZMB is also convenient. The room is spacious. Good value for money."

"Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets."
