« Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. « False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding. »
