We reserved a room with a hot tub. They gave us one with a kitchen. When we asked about the room they lied to us telling us that it was broken when we over heard them say it was given to someone else. When we asked for a refund or discount due to the inconvenience the ghosted us! The whole place felt off and uncomfortable.
