Recherche d’hôtels − Epsom and Ewell

« Le séjour dans cet hôtel aurait pu être meilleur si nous avions pensé à réserver le restaurant et surtout si la piscine avait été ouverte. La formule snack était médiocre mais cela n'a pas gêné mes enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la déco, la vue sur les animaux de la chambre et l'accès au parc 1h plus tôt que l'ouverture du parc au grand public. »

« The property is in a rather quiet/ not so busy location. The family room we stayed in, was very spacious and well maintained /clean. The bathtub was a treat with an unobstructed view of the back garden through the large window. The manager was a pleasant lady to deal with, and more than willing to help when needed. She ensured that our stay was comfortable. We also used the garden to have our dinner on the first night, that we ordered through Uber eats. Many thanks. »

« Spotlessly clean and cost »

« The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...

« 広さと清潔さは満足いくものでしたが、エレベーターがなく、大きな荷物の上げ下ろしがとても大変でした。また、扇風機が壊れていたり、冷蔵庫が途中から冷却せずに中のものがダメになったり、ゴミの捨て方を聞いてるのに返信遅かったりとトラブルが多かったです。バスタブの底が平じゃないので滑って転ぶと危ないと感じたのと排水が悪かったです。ゲストサービスは基本きちんと対応してくれましたが、迅速とは言い難かったことは残念です。 »
