We were provided dish and dishwasher soap, but hand washing soap and shower gel we found necessary to purchase. Transportation was an issue due to the closest station being a National Rail line not the Tube. Overall, we enjoyed the property very much. Amenities needs to be updated. It needs to be made clear that the train station is not a tube station. To the front desk personnel: Don't make promises you will not keep. The room was larger then expected. Overall, very clean. There is a heated towel rack (not a heated floor). Washer/dryer (2-n-1) in the room and dishwasher. Very close to a lot of grocery options and restaurants. Finally, the view from our particular room was beautiful. Full length window looking into downtown London. Price we paid was well worth it.
