"During my recent stay, I experienced two issues I’d like to bring to your attention:
Plumbing Issue
Anytime we used the bathroom sink, water backed up onto the floor and the sink made a prolonged bubbling sound. I called the front desk to request a technician, but no one came. I had to submit a second request after nearly slipping on the water. The front desk did not appear to have a record of my initial report. Fortunately, the issue was resolved after the second request.
Restaurant Service Issue – Atari Breakfast
We were seated at Atari for breakfast, picked up our food, and no staff came to our table. When we tried to walk to the hostess to pay, we were nearly run into by another staff member. Before being seated, we had already provided our names and room number. The experience was embarrassing, and I believe additional structure and training are needed for restaurant service.
