« Property suites us well. Email about checkin was not sent. Many urgent emails sent the day before and day of checkin. Finally a response when we had landed and were driving. Directions to the rental were poor. Condo was clean and tidy. »

« We rented this unit because it had a hot tub.When we arrived the hot tub wouldn't work. We called the host, Victor, and he said he would fix it the next day. We waited almost all day before someone came. The guy said he had to take it apart. We said no because the tub said air in lines. He did bleed the lines and it worked for 2 days. Then they came to clean it and when we went to use it that night it was cold. No power to the tub. I emailed Victor and he said to turn the power on,which we did...

« Victor is amazing to work with! He answered all our questions/concerns immediately. He helped us book a rental car for our trip as well. Gold Coast is a great resort area to stay in-pools, gym, and the restaurant onsite was excellent. The private pool was nice to have for our kids. The only negative for us was that the master bedroom is listed as having a king bed-it does not. It is a queen bed. Everything else in the listing was accurate. Nice stay! »

« Yrs, there's we're shops nearby so very convenient, pastechi's were avaliable near-by, fairly quiet neighborhood. Host helped with any and all issues that we had questions about. The house was very clean, and spacious enough. »
