Nauvoo

« Historic Nauvoo. What a neat little town. Everyone was extremely friendly. The property is good value for the money. If you park on the Main Street, it’s easy to find. The alleyway from the front is level concrete and well lit. We parked in back as we were instructed. It was a little confusing at first, until I reread the instructions. The concrete alleyway from the back is uneven and not as well lit. But the town is a safe one, so security is already felt. The stairs to the upper apts...

« The owner was awesome to work with. There were lots of touches to fit with the name Fairy Bowery. The artwork and decorations put the location in liminal space. The Air Conditioning was able to keep up with Nauvoo summer (in fact we had to scale it back to keep from freezing.) We were there for a family reunion, and all of the family that saw our location and accommodations was jealous. 15. Walk to Nauvoo Temple: Remodeled Family Apartment

Nauvoo

« The property was nice and the location was great! It is right on the main Street near all the shops & a quick walk from the temple. It was great for our needs. I will say that it was not as well stocked as it could have been. There was maybe one dish towel and no dish cloths to clean dishes or wipe counters & table. Not a big deal though. I just used one of the bath cloths. Also, good to note that there's is no washer or dryer on site. I missed that detail and was a little distraught when we...
