"Plenty of room. It’s actually a 3 bedroom with a fold out couch on the 4th room. On 3 levels with great amenities and location. Great for a family meet up. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the ocean. Highly recommend for those that are ok with stairs."

Great location, super nice neighbors, very clean, excellent layout, very spacious, easy parking for two cars, kitchen was well stocked (had an air fryer too!) boogie boards, lots of beach chairs and towels, quick walk across to the beach and I love the access to the river mouth trail to hiking the canyon. Can’t wait to come back! "
