« House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍 »

« I travel for business and like to stay in La Jolla. Not my first time in this hotel and never disappointed. As always, very good location, just in front the ocean, spacious room, clean and comfortable. Free wifi and parking place (it is not easy to park in La Jolla) They always try to improve the service for the same price. Breakfast more complete, now they offer Nespresso. Will come back for my next travel to San Diego. »

« Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Grande Colonial J’avais réservé une chambre king vue océan pour une nuit et j’ai été très agréablement surprise d’avoir été surclassée en suite. Service impeccable, bel hôtel très bien placé. Un peu bruyant à l’extérieur a cause de travaux dans le quartier. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! »

« The property was super cute and functional for the size, perfect place to walk to Belmont park and the surrounding area with your loved one. Parking does suck but doable with a little patience. It's definitely a bustling corner but once it was Netflix & chill time, you couldn't hear the nightlife. We would absolutely stay again! »

« Recent hotel. I had some issues like AC not working and shower pressure deficient. I could get a replacement of the room, but the new room had smell issues. Room service failed to replace empty body wash in the two rooms. Parking is not free and has no reason to be extra. Washer machine load is $4, a bit high compared to usual $2 elsewhere. Breakfast is quite poor with almost no healthy choices. All single use silverware, plates and cups. »

« House was just what we needed and in a great location, just as advertised. Close to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Owners were communicative and responsive. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, there was significant road noise, which was sometimes distracting. And although we adhered to quiet hours, the neighbor on one side seemed to be doing some work, so we heard music and power tools through the walls around 8 am several days. « So close to the beach and such a nice stay! Definitely wasn’t 100% clean on arrival (lots of sand) and the light fixtures looked like they need a deep clean. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable but the bed was good! Adjoins to a downstairs and two nights had some very noisy neighbors since there’s not much of a sound barrier. For the most part, the stay was awesome and we had such a good time! Check in and out was easy! Loved how close to the beach we were and Evolve was great to work...

« Check in was a breeze! We were offered a multitude of upgrade options. The view of the marina was stunning and the walk along the water and the sunsets were spectacular. We had dinner at the restaurant and sat outside. It was delicious and Manny our server was knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience all the more enjoyable. »
