De Winton Vacation Packages

The management was misleading. We asked for a paid parking space for security reasons. We received a key for entry into the parking garage. There was no indication that we did not receive a parking space. Very poor communication and all communication is through delayed messaging. If we had known they couldn't provide secure parking, we would have cancelled the reservation. I think they deliberately did not tell us about the lack of parking for this very reason. This area of the city has open drinking, prostitution and drug dealing. These were all observed as we drove around trying to find parking. We had to resort to parking in a surface lot with limited lighting and no security.

The property was very clean and we loved the easy check-in and check-out process. The host (Mark) was very responsive when communication was sent, however there were really no issues or problems so communication was minimal. We highly recommend this property and would certainly consider staying again in the future.

The room was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was under construction, so there was quite a bit of noise in the mornings. There was also no AC, which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was average with limited options. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially with the amenities and construction noise.

Mark is amazing..it just we are expecting a mountain view but i dont see any montain view in our room
