Two families, four adults, four kids – we were fortunate to also have snow, which was an amazing experience.The host was always available, and the instructions were pretty clear.Fire wood is also provided, along with everything as mentioned in the listing. "Forest Views is a lovely, comfortably cozy, ground floor place. It is very neat and clean. It’s perfect for anyone who really doesn’t want the double or triple stairs in the bigger homes. The four stars was due to the sleeping options. While there is definitely enough sleeping options for 6 people, and the master is on the ground floor, that is the only one really viable bed for two people. The second larger bed is against two walls, requiring the second person to crawl over the other. That’s where cozy comes in. On the plus side, they use fitted sheets. Making a bad with flat bottom sheets, oddly, are an annoyance for us. It also has a terrific fireplace. AvantStay provided professional, friendly and responsive service. While this particular location may or may not always fit our needs, when looking for other options, we’ll begin with AvantStay. "
