The staff were nice and willing to work with us on our needs with our room. The Hotel is super convenient to all of the shops and dinning areas in the Tahoe City area. Great view of the lake and golf course. The hotel is a bit older I think, but the owners have upgraded it and remodeled it very nicely. Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom is a bit small but nice. I think with it being an older property it's a bit noisy, but sleeping was still easy, and the hotel surprisingly provided ear plugs for sleeping (which we didn't have to use). Room was very quiet and beds extremely comfortable. Was close to the walking path by the lake. The restaurant next door had wonderful food and morning coffee. Hallway carpets smelled musty. Room cleanliness was great. If I were evo I’d start updating rooms 1 by 1\. Restaurant and bar were excellent!
