« Overall a very nice spot. Quiet neighborhood , very clean and well kept, kitchen stocked with basics like spices, flour, sugar, etc. Would have been nice to have directions on how to adjust the thermostat as it was set to drop to 60 degrees at night. And unscented/hypoallergenic detergent/fabric softener would be preferable as all the towels smelled like perfume and caused a skin reaction. »

« We had such a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this space. There is beautiful natural light in the living room, beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, a cozy wood-burning stove, and lots of opportunities to stargaze in the hot tub at night. The kitchen is also incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we needed. Charley was so helpful and kind. Highly recommended! »

« We really enjoyed this cute, very well-appointed home with beautiful views of the mountains! Julie was extremely responsive to my questions. My only suggestions would be to add a rack for hanging clothes - maybe in the spacious mud room? - and put blackout curtains in the loft area. Otherwise we loved it! Would highly recommend. »

« What a wonderful place. Excellent Communication, clean, and plenty of relaxation. It has abundant wildlife for entertainment, abundant stars at night, and a comfortable feel as if you have been there for years. In case you're wondering, my 2019 lifted Ram fit in the garage, tight, yes, but fit. Deer came up to the windows and we found big kitty tracks so watch your fur babies. Will stay again. « If we could give this place a 20/10 we would. All the other reviews are spot on, it was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautifully decorated and really, really comfortable. The beds are great and its located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. There was absolutely nothing to complain about and Jeremy responded within minutes of any questions.
