"Absolutely incredible stay! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting or traveling through Atlanta. This hotel was luxurious and beautiful. Staff was incredibly helpful, huge shout out to Brooke for helping me when I got lost in the big city. She made me feel safe and helped me to find where the hotel was. Room was beautiful and spotless, amenities including the bar was magnificent. Would rate this hotel 10/10 and will absolutely stay here in the future. It felt very safe and very clean. My only complaint was that the two beds in room 822 were not very comfortable and the mattresses need updated. But other than that, hotel was absolutely fabulous."

"This Sonesta was surprisingly clean. The staff was very pleasant during my stay both night and day shift. There was a young Black man who worked overnight (Dale) who provided excellent customer service. The only issue I had was the pool not being clean and not being advised that we had to pay for breakfast. Other than that our room was nice and clean. The hotel was also in a nicer area as well. "

"Opted out of breakfast as there were plenty of nearby options. Was a bit annoyed because they did not have updated TVs with app choices. Was planning on watching a sporting event but had no access to prime Netflix or any another apps, just the limited TV cable channels."
