We were lucky to get an early check in as we had been travelling from 3am an the lovely girl at reception could see how exhausted my little girl was.... that alone gave the hotel 10 stars in my eyes it meant so much 2 us. We will definitely look forward to returning to this hotel. Thank u for a great stay"

"Booked 2 rooms for work collegues over 2 nights , Hotel reception would not give them 2 rooms and made them use 1 room with only 1 bed. Too late for us to do anything about it, did not stay the 2nd night "
