Good atmosphere, nice decor, clean rooms and generally quiet space. Not too long wait for the lifts either. Only thing is they could make it so one button calls both lifts and the closest lift then arrives to you but not a Biggie. Or helps avoid calling a packed lift.

Excellent staff worked very very hard to make your stay great cant praise them enough, the food was aslo excellent price is a little high but when you see quantity and quality it is well worth every penny, i would give 6 stars if i could clean, smart, staff go out of their way for you i will definitely recom3nd and stay again,, my only gripe is the glass door on the bathroom but most hotels are the same,,,, EXCELLENT STAY

+ Decent hotel. Very helpful staff. Very comfy bed and pillows. Clean. Ok breakfast. Good secure car park (£25/night) but definitely worth pre-booking as not very big. - King room was still fairly compact and not much storage if you’re staying for more than 1 night. We were at the back and woken about 6:30am by recycling bin being emptied. Shower only… would have liked a bath.

It has been a long time since i stayed at a hotel where the staff were so nice and helpful. It was a throwback to what the industry used to be like. Amazing staff on reception and in the restaurant.

The location was perfect for the reason I came to London and it is also assessible to other parts of London. The air conditioning was working perfectly as the weather was a bit hot. Lovely and professional staff too.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and very attentive to both me and my 5 year old. The breakfast was lovely, but I’d have liked to have had more vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast, perhaps some veggie sausages? The room was perfect - everything was clean and fresh and we could just about spot the London Eye from our window! It was a short walk to and from Deptford Bridge DLR station which was so convenient. I have recommended this hotel to everyone since I’ve returned from our trip. We will definitely book again when we come back to London.

We didn’t want to stay in London City Centre do this was ideal. Lots to see and so handy for the DLR, Thames link trains & Uber boat.

Beautiful entrance and reception area on arrival the and front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. We only stayed two nights as we were there for a family wedding but thoroughly enjoyed a lovely evening dinner and excellent breakfast. We would love visit the Greenwich to spend more time and will certainly return to the Double Tree by Hilton hotel.
