"This property was a basement apartment. It was very small and had a musty odor especially in the bathroom. The bedrooms were small as well and did not have adequate room to get in and out of the bed. The kitchen was fine but lacked some essentials like hand towels. There was a lot of things that needed attention (spackle on walls that had to be painted, switch plate covers not fitting properly, unsafe entry way from patio, front gate very difficult to open).
