"The place is very run down. Garbage overflowing in receptacles outside and garbage littered the grass. The attendant was nice. But the room was just gross. Couldn't even relax or even sleep in there. The stench of cigarettes was down right nauseating. Our eyes and noses were stinging. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty with holes in them and makeup on the cases. Smelled really bad. Floor was dirty. TV wasn't even plugged in and they left half the lights on in there which felt odd. Everything was in poor condition. I have stayed in budget hotel/motels before but not this bad. "

"Hot tub was perfect and the pool was ok. Felt very safe during our stay. People were very friendly. Nice stay all around. "

"The room was disgusting dirty and broken door knobs. We asked for new bedding as there were stains and the bare minimum solution for the stains and dirty socks left in the room was just new bedding. Wouldn’t stay here again, they also charged almost $200 for incidentals. "

"Large room/suite was lovely but lighting was a bit dim. Still, a favorite place to stay while in the Syracuse area. Nice breakfast too. "
