From what I saw, the property was rough. Bad area. Had lots of drug assocs hanging out outside of the place and it did not feel like a safe environment "

"Overall, we had a great day. The proper tea is very nice and clean. Very spacious. The AC system works great. We were very comfortable. The only criticism I have is that dangerous step up as soon as you enter. It’s invisible and a real safety hazard. I would think that it could be a liability for you as well. I’m not a carpenter, but I would think there would be some way to build a ramp, fill in that space, or at least paint it to draw attention to it. If it were me, I would have a professional professionally made sign on the front door, saying watch your step. A real danger to anyone over the age of 60. But we had no accidents so we’re grateful."
